It sure would have been nice to know that if your husband (breadwinner and Lt for Franklin county sheriff's office) suddenly passes away, and you have only 1 month left on your lease, and 4 children to raise, and you need to move in with family across the state.... maybe it would have been helpful knowing that I would not receive my $2200 security deposit back. You should think about writing that in your Lease agreement. And my Hope's are that no one ever has this happen since it's obviously such an inconvenience to them.
My roommate and myself looked for a decent rental--they found us the perfect fit for us. They have been nothing but helpful and any service we need they were there. They are friendly and very thoughtful of our needs.
So far everything has gone smoothly! I hope to continue to receive good property management and decent customer service.
Luke is an outstanding professional in Property Management/Realtor. He was my property manager for 3 year's. And has qualities which are tough to find: responsive, diligent in applicant screening process, reliable, and willing to exceed other firm's within Property Management . Luke will put 200% into whatever it is a client asks of him; within legal scope for one that holds a professional license. Luke really really dropped the ball with my property. What a mess. He didn't keep original set of keys. Lost most of the rental paperwork. Garage door openers gone. Carpet, doors, screens, shelving ruined. Every surface had to be scrubbed and painted. Rent late 90% of the time. Low cleaning deposit taken. After a year I'm still finding issues with him and the renter HE choose. Take care when considering Mr. Luke WILSON.

I would remove the white text on the large panel...difficult to read & is duplicative. Iwould put address & phone everywhere I could. Proud of you.
