I love this rental company . Unfortunately I had a fire and had to find something quickly but they were good to me and my family while we were there for several years . Hopefully one day again I will return to be their tenant.

The place I rented from them has all sorts of problems. Once you’re a tenant they do not answer their phone or return messages. Clearly they value taking care of landlords at the expense of tenants. I would avoid this company and rent elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional. They do not answer emails or phone calls and do all forms of communication through email rather than giving clients a phone call. Company really has no sense of touch with humanity and proper communication. They are very quick to take your money though.
I used them as a management company for a few months a few years ago. They were the WORST property management company I have ever used. They would withhold money due us, do repairs without our knowledge or consent and we could never get the ledgers to balance. Just before I about to fire them they sent me an email giving me 6 hours to find a new company. Fortunately, I was prepared. Use them at your own risk. You will be sorry if you do!
