Steve Glasser is so cheap, he refused to pay us (our drain cleaning business) $35 to clear his main line. My plumber was there in the evening too. I would not do business with someone like this.
I never leave reviews on anything, but my rental house experience with this broker encouraged me to start now. I have been renting various properties around San Diego since I graduated college in 1990. I have never until now, received my full security deposit back after vacating a property no matter how clean and intact I left it. I leased a house in Pacific Beach for 20 months and after I vacated, this RPM broker returned my security deposit in full two weeks later. In todays times, this is unheard of. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of working with Real Property Management Specialists to find a house in Pacific Beach for us due to my job transfer from Massachusetts. I have found Steve and his staff to be very attentive to all details involved. I have not had any maintenance issues yet, but I'm sure if I do, they will be resolved in the same efficient manner as everything else has been to date.
We previously had a relationship with another property manager that would never answer the phone or respond to our e-mails. Real Property Management came to our rescue. They supervised the remodel of our units, coordinated the maintenance and secured us quality tenants. We couldn't be happier with Real Property Management.
