I would absolutely suggest not renting through this company , or even using them as a rental service. repairs take months to get fixed and the manager genelle has very bad at responding in a timely manor.
They are rude, disrespectful, and tried to hangup when we called them to ask a question. Gave two different answers on parking and are trash. Point Blank.
As JJ said, they have marked up costs, charged several times for the same repair, and very poor communicators. In 12 months, the property was leased for a total of five months, and apparently the tenant just “left”. Which they notified us of, after a month. Not happy at all with their performance. We terminated them!!!
Not only did they charge me a management fee but overtime I had to have any work done, they marked up the actual cost of the repair...more profit for them and less income for me. I changed companies.
