My husband and I scheduled a showing and waited 30 minutes outside of the building, called the automated number multiple times, said we were there. Management or agent was a no show. If you’re going to have automated systems scheduling showings, show up. Why would I trust these people to show up if my air conditioner broke if they can’t even show up at a listing. Terrible.

None of these people should be in the business of renting properties. As soon as I stepped into the apartment shortly after getting the keys, I was greeted by a wild songbird, flying around the kitchen in panic. It had flown through a broken window. During my tour, I hadn't thought to make sure the windows would open and close properly.. there were at least 2 that I needed to hit with a hammer to shut!
