I do not recommend renting from this management group. As current residents, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Management has consistently failed to address maintenance issues, with no work orders being fulfilled in over a year. The lack of responsiveness and accountability reflects a clear disregard for tenants’ needs.
My husband and I scheduled a showing and waited 30 minutes outside of the building, called the automated number multiple times, said we were there. Management or agent was a no show. If you’re going to have automated systems scheduling showings, show up. Why would I trust these people to show up if my air conditioner broke if they can’t even show up at a listing. Terrible.
