3/2025 SCAMMERS RUN FAR As an owner of a Home I’m disappointed in this business no return call at all so I decided to come read the Google reviews. It’s a great asset to read! And I mean read clearly and understand what and why a person writes a review! I have a property that I am currently looking to have a property management company run for me and my husband we are going elsewhere for a property management business the way they treat renters is just disgusting
03/2025 UPDATE!!! So apparently since I’m receiving housing help these people have taken the rent up & approved $100 now there charging me an extra $150 per month cause I’m not signing another lease I am entitled to a month to month lease However this how $$$$ these humans we all call realtors that say they care about Us people treat renters Money hungry Rental Property that Abuse the MSDHA System that retaliates in increasing your rent up And due to Michigan having No Laws they can Do your research please These bad reviews ... read more

Great company to work with whether you are a landlord needing a property manager, or a homeowner needing to sell. They are very on top everything, easy to get ahold of when you need them, they address issues quickly and they keep things moving so I don't have to worry about anything.
