None of these people should be in the business of renting properties. As soon as I stepped into the apartment shortly after getting the keys, I was greeted by a wild songbird, flying around the kitchen in panic. It had flown through a broken window. They have been responsive and professional about everything. Even when there have been miscommunications, there has been professional behavior that prevented unnecessary future conflicts.
Great experience with Betsy and her team, very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Update 5/27/2025 we moved out of the rental after almost 5 years, Betsy and Michelle were amazing. Betsy met with us when we first wanted to move in, interviewed us and did a good job coordinating everything. She explained the whole process and we lived in the rental for many years, happy. Why can’t we choose ZERO stars??? The absolute worst property management company ever!!! They act like the tenants are a problem to them and an interruption to their day. The owner of the property was a wonderful man Michelle that runs real property management is a total mean which to everybody that calls nothing gets done if it does get done it’s half assed my mother‘s been without smoke alarms.
