Since moving to Michigan, we have been tenants with RPM Silverstone. Recently we had to move and although we came across many beautiful homes, the one thing that was missing was the RPM Family. Thankfully we found a home under their management! Mark, Betsy, Jenny, Michelle and Liz are great to work with and are honest people that care. Genuinely feel like they are family. I would and did recommend them to anyone looking to rent! Thank you all very much!
Maintenance and Owner took care of property repairs swiftly and with precision when needed. I recommend Silverstone if your looking for a relaxed ,clean complex to live in .Thank You
I do not recommend renting from this management group. As current residents, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Management has consistently failed to address maintenance issues, with no work orders being fulfilled in over a year. The lack of responsiveness and accountability reflects a clear disregard for tenants’ needs.
My husband and I scheduled a showing and waited 30 minutes outside of the building, called the automated number multiple times, said we were there. Management or agent was a no show. If you’re going to have automated systems scheduling showings, show up. Why would I trust these people to show up if my air conditioner broke if they can’t even show up at a listing. Terrible.
