As soon as I stepped into the apartment shortly after getting the keys, I was greeted by a wild songbird, flying around the kitchen in panic. It had flown through a broken window. They have been responsive and professional about everything. Even when there have been miscommunications, there has been professional behavior that prevented unnecessary future conflicts.
Great experience with Betsy and her team, very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Update 5/27/2025 we moved out of the rental after almost 5 years, Betsy and Michelle were amazing. Betsy met with us when we first wanted to move in, interviewed us and did a good job coordinating everything. She explained the whole process and we lived in the rental for many years, happy.
