6/26 Sad read real reviews stop getting blonded by good reviews Its 2025 and if you all are not reading the REAL REVIEWS and pay attention to what these other reviewers are saying vs the paid or affliated reviews thats sad. 06/2026 86UPDATE!!! So apparently since I’m receiving housing help these people have taken the rent up & approved $100 now there charging me an extra $150 per month cause I’m not signing another lease I am entitled to a month to month lease However this how $$$$ these humans we all call realtors that say they care about Us people treat renters Money hungry Rental Property that Abuse the MSDHA System that retaliates in increasing your rent up And due to Michigan having No Laws they can Do your research please These bad review... read more
I’ve had a really positive experience with Real Property Management Silverstone. Recently, my stove broke, and I was expecting it to take a while to get fixed—but they handled it immediately. They responded quickly, coordinated everything, and had the issue resolved faster than I expected. It made a huge difference having a team that’s so responsive and on top of things. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and keeping everything in good working order.
I recently booked a tour with this company and it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. When I pulled up for my self guided tour, I was having trouble accessing the property. Since no one answers any of the phones there, I decided to go up to the Silverstone truck that was parked on site to get some help, but the man, Mark, was dead asleep.
