RPM does not care about their tenants nor the owners property. Just for example look how they manage this unit . Do you really want to do business with a company that does not care about you or your property? Waste of money for the owners, and for tenants . You have been warned
We have been renting an older house for the past 4 years and have been very pleased with the quick response that we have received from our property managers at Real Property Management Bay Area. Recently, we contacted them to address a plumbing problem and within 24 hours it was resolved. Huge shout out to the team for providing quality customer service and for selecting vendors who also mirror that same commitment.
Real Property Management is very easy to get in touch with especially Antonio. When problems arise at the rental, they are helpful in getting these resolved in a timely manner. Overall I am currently pleased with their handling of the property.
