I had a great experience leasing through Property Management Partners . They made the entire process very smooth and stress-free, from the paperwork all the way through to move-in day. The team was professional, organized, and always replied to my emails promptly, which I truly appreciated. If I ever move again and they have properties available in the area I’m looking for, I wouldn’t hesitate to lease with them again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and well-managed leasing experience.
I had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by this company for just over a year. Upon moving in, I was promised all of the holes in the wall, all of the screws and nails that were left from the previous occupant, the mould in the basement ceiling caused by the bathtub leaking, the bathtub faucet regularly leaking when the hot water was turned on, damaged downspouts, broken latch on the sliding door and other general issues would be repaired. Very frustrating experience with property management. They added charges to my account and withdrew money directly through pre-authorized debit without proper consent for those specific charges. When I questioned it, I was given misleading information about their rights to apply and collect these fees, with little transparency or accountability.
