Exercise caution when dealing with this company. They make promises but sign agreement that is different. They delivered a home that required extensive repairs, including floors, doors, and other fixtures. They agreed to fix all of these issues before we moved in, but they did not. The most concerning aspect was that during the time they were making the necessary repairs, they charged me rent. Additionally, since my previous condo was also with them, they charged me rent for that property as well.
