I have 3 properties managed by RPM, and I should say that by far they exceeded expectations with availability, customer service, and punctuality. I would definitely deal with them in future in case i have more properties. One thing that i love about RPM is being detailed yet not overly disturbing. Alex G was super helpful and responsive . Worked on a holiday to get all the lease details confirmed so we were ready to move on .
The service is great. The communication via emails works very well. The only point to improve is answering to the call.
If I could give less then one star I would do negative for sure !!!! This has to be the most unorganized unprofessional management service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!
