Good afternoon, I wanted to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. My family and I have rented homes all over the United States with my career. We have rented from private landlords, smaller property management companies and big box companies. RPM Rental Solutions falls into what I would call the smaller management company. Not sure what’s wrong here. They had a house available, which I called in regards to Before the house was even listed for rent. The person I spoke to took my information and told me they “would call when if it becomes available. But she didn’t know if it was going to be for rent or if the owner was going to sell the house”. Want your neighborhood to look unkept? Want to pay $100 plus a month, for nothing? Then I’d suggest this company, otherwise look elsewhere. Our property manager John Dillard, never responds, never addresses concerns, and does nothing for our community.

Our experience with RPM couldn’t have been better. Hugh and Gina Jones were so easy to work with. They were always transparent, professional, and made quick work of any issues that popped up which we would not have time to address ourselves.
