Horrible. It's been a nightmare from the start. Poor communication is not even the word for what we've gone through! First time with a property management service and we picked the absolute WORST! His "strict and thorough" tenant selection got us the tenant from HELL. Within 3 months, there was destruction of walls, a small zoo with birds, lizards, 5-6 dogs of all sizes, at least 6 cats that we could see, multiple fish tanks, gerbils, mice, hamsters...We only allowed 2 small dogs!
