My experience with this company (Waldorf location) was very poor. I was told I was an amazing tenant, never had an issue with the many inspections they do while renting, and never paid my rent late. What they don’t inform you is that they will try to get as much ridiculous claims filed against you during move out inspections. I’m an Army Veteran and have never experienced a rental property management company lack so much integrity. $2,000 worth of claims when the home was taken care of is slap in the face. Very impressed by the Team from the beginning. During my viewing of the property, on a Saturday, I experienced technical difficulty on my end and the support team was accessible and helpful. During the application process, they kept me well informed and communicate with me all thru out. Great team!
