After giving this company basically everything short of my SSN to make an appointment and then driving an hour and a half to view a property, no one showed up. Got ahold of the listing agent provided, Chuck, and I was told this wasn’t his property. Luckily the way the market is houses move themselves so the worst you’ll get out of this is maybe another day on the market and a one star review. Hold your agents accountable and do better.
horrible maintenance department and communication is non existent. Would never rent again from them and will share with anyone who may be thinking of doing so
This company is an absolute scam. Workers are unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and quite frankly I want out of my contract with these scammers. Every maintenance repair has extremely overpriced, work orders never get resolved in a timely manner, staff will lie and bounce you around to different reps (none of which are willing to help), tons of inefficiencies. The WORST. We filled an “Emergency ticket” YESTERDAY because we lost AC, it’s 100 degrees out and still waiting for someone to call us back. We also called the emergency numbers (201-895-7869 and 703-424-7767), they took our info, literally hung up on me as I was still asking questions, and we still have NOT heard back from anyone.
