Arnold Romero and crew at Real Property Management have done a great job all year. Having been with them for ten years I am happy to say the service is always improving.
I would not recommend this company as is to any home owners or tenants. While we did have a nice 2 years in our house be warned the move out process was unbelievably painful. To start, while we were out of town they had a power washing company come over without our knowledge. All of our deck got rearranged and my car got a dent on the hood, unexplained, and cost me $250. Awful to work with, especially on maintenance issues. Contacted Edwin and Axel in maintenance on pressing repairs almost 2 weeks ago and still no response or attempt at repairing. Edwin told me they’d fix it, and now won’t respond at all. They also raised the rent this lease term and still will not do their required part in property maintenance and management so you get nothing for it.
