Very bad experience. They didn’t return my deposit, and after a year they tried to sue me but humiliated themselves. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They are scammers and will try to scam you every chance they get. And btw, I won, but I still can’t get my deposit as it was too late to request. They didn’t even offer to give me my deposit back even after I won. This shows how unprofessional these guys are. If this was a reputable company, they at least would have offered to give me my deposit back as I won the lawsuit.
I personally witnessed my friend’s move-out day, and I can confirm that the property was left extremely clean — far cleaner than when it was first received. Despite this, Envision Real Estate deducted a significant amount from the security deposit without providing a valid explanation or clear evidence to justify the charges. Been there six years loved the place and tenants will miss it . The parking lots where kept up good with Winter cleaning and Summer sweeping.
I had a very disappointing experience with Envision regarding my damage deposit. Despite leaving my unit in more than reasonable condition and providing professional cleaning for the carpets, they still withheld part of my deposit for “additional cleaning.” The lease clearly stated the requirement was to return the unit reasonably clean, which I fully complied with.
