Very bad experience they didn’t return by deposit and after a year they tried to sue me but humiliated themselves DO NKT GO WITH THEM they are scammers and will try to scam you every chance they get and btw i won but i still cant get deposit as it was too late to request but they didn't even offer to give me my deposit back even after i won this shows unprofessional this guys if this was a reputable company they at-least would have offered to give me deposit back as i won the lawsuit.
Greatly appreciated the quick responses and professionalism from Jamie and Darrel! Would use Envision again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Saskatoon!

They made me fill out an extensive application for a 3 bedroom apartment in order to even look at the property. The description of the neighbourhood was wrong, which should have been my first clue. It said it was in Brighton but it was located in Evergreen. As soon as I finished the application, a day later they tell me the place is taken.
