Just looked at a property on a rental app… only to see what felt like PAGES worth of requirements.. I’m not gonna apply cus I’ve lived with family for years… so I’ll be denied cus I don’t have enough built up rental history.. and I can make 2x the monthly rent… but they somehow want you to make 3x…. In future reference most places ask for at least 2x the monthly rent. In this economy you’re lucky if you can even MAKE 3x the monthly rent amount. So I'll try to keep this review short and to the point. If you don't have perfect credit and great rental history stay away from this company. Even with a cosigner, with a credit score over 800, my roommate and I were still denied due to lack of rental and credit history not meeting their requirements. Although did not find any requirements that we did not meet that were listed on their website. After being told that we just needed a co-signer. So more money for their application fees. RPM has been absolutely amazing to work with. Answers my questions and emails in a timely manner. Would I refer, yes. I am looking forward to what the years bring continuing to work with them. 😀
Our experience leasing with RPM has been great so far. The Property Manager, Johanna, was amazing to work with. She is responsive and professional and has made the entire process as smooth as possible.
