Our experience leasing with RPM has been great so far. The Property Manager, Johanna, was amazing to work with. She is responsive and professional and has made the entire process as smooth as possible.
Most of these reviews are by property owners not by individuals who have dealt with this company who are attempting to rent a property. I submitted an application on April 4th waited 47 days for them to tell me I was not approved!!! Their process is extremely unprofessional. Every other company that I have dealt with told you within 3 to 5 days if your application was approved I asked direct specific questions I was never given direct or specific answers vague answers which led me on to believe that I had an opportunity to p... read more

I’ve lived in six different states throughout my life, nine different cities, rented many, many different properties from management companies as well as independent land lords. RPM is hands down the worst and next on the list wouldn’t even be close. Among other problems we had when we initially moved in, I have a leak on the property I live in, have for several months. It required the City of Phoenix to identify it after I received a water bill over 3.5X the amount of a normal one. Another month, another $600+ water bill. I... read more
