This business is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They have office staff who fail to return calls and emails in a timely manner, and they "manage" properties fine as long as all that entails is being a middle man for the transfer of rent from tenant to owner. DO NOT trust them to maintain your property and deal fairly with you in fees or otherwise.
