I am a real estate agent who works with a large number of investors. I prefer not to manage properties at all. Several years ago I started looking for a company that I could refer my investors to moving forward. My broker at the time recommended RPM and I gave them a try. They have been great to work with , and I consider them to be an integral part of my investment team. I am happy that I found them and really enjoy working with this company.

My husband's job unexpectedly transferred him out of state. We plan to come back to AZ at some point and we love our home here. After weighing all of our options, we decided to rent it out until we return back to Arizona. RPM was our choice to take care of our home while we are gone and they have done a great job so far. They found a tenant quickly for us and their communication is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

We have rented from this company for about a year now annd the service is great and we love the house. Any problem comes up and they have been quick to respond. We will need a larger home at some point and I plan to stay with them provided that they have a home that meets our criteria because this company really knows what they are doing. I have rented from other property management and this company is m uch better than the others I have rented.

I started using Real Property management a year ago after managing my homes on my own for about 6 years. My schedule got to hectic and I needed someone to take over. These guys came highly recommended from a friend, so I decided to give them a try. So far, I have been really pleased with their service. Their communication is outstanding, which was my original concern with using a management company - no issues though. All around, I am quite pleased.

I have property that historically has been tough to rent for one reason or another. These guys rented it out quicker than I ever have. I am really pleased at how quickly they can find tenants.

I am out of state and have never seen my property. I bought it as an investment when I heard there were bargains in the area. The Realtor who sold me the house recommended RPM Pinnacle and they have made the whole process very easy. They make owning a property in another state very painless.

I decided to check into RPM Pinnacle because my brother had two properties managed by them. I was using another company and wasn't pleased with their services. I decided to make the change and everything has been great so far.

I have rented from Real Property Management Pinnacle for the last year. Their staff is friendly and responsive. I like having the ability to pay my rent online.
