We are a group of investors who just moved into the Arizona area. RPM Pinnacle came highly recommended by our realtor and another real estate professional who we trust, so we signed on with them. Our initial plan was to start slow in terms of the rate in which we acquired properties. That plan has changed now that we have such a good partnership with RPM - they really are a top notch organization.

This company is outstanding! I am a tenured investor who has always managed my own rentals. I have always been concerned with using a property management company but life circumstances dictated that I use one at this time. I found Pinnacle on the internet, and liked what they had to offer. These guys came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine who uses them. I was with another company, but wasn’t completely satisfied.. Compared to the company that I was with previously, RPM Pinnacle is awesome! I am so glad that I made the change! Their communication is awesome and they did a good job of cleaning up the mess that the other company had created. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

These guys came highly recommended from a friend of mine who uses them. I was with another company and the service was bad so I needed to change. Compared to the company that I was with, this organization is awesome! I am so glad that I made change. Their communication is awesome and they did a good job of cleaning up the mess that the other company had created. Highly recommend!

I rent from this company and I had a major leak i the middle of the night. I called them not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone and helped me address the issue. They kept me informed with several phone calls to let me know when the plumber would get to my house. And they were completely available to me until the issue was resolved. I am very appreciative of the availability that they they provide their customers. This is a very good company to rent from!

I got a job transfer to another state last year and the time I was given to move and start the new job was extremely short. Knowing that I wanted to come back to Arizona at some point I needed to rent my home. My Realtor suggested that I contact RPM Pinnacle and I did. They were great in walking me through the process, and helping me get started with them right away! They quickly found a tenant for my property and everything has been great. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company to manage their home!
