I have been through four management companies in seven years and they have all been horrible. Real Property Management has been highly professional, personable, and works for the tenant. Management companies and homeowners are dealing with people’s families and lives. These people take that seriously and I am so grateful to finally have a company with integrity and decency!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would. Worked on a home to rent for 2.5 weeks in Marietta. Well qualified for the property that has just been sitting on their site for weeks. I send a validation from my employer and now they ghosted me. They dont respond to phone calls, emails, just have 0 interest in helping. Just terrible to see a business be so non responsive. Never dealt with a company who ask for this and that and when you still show proof the come with something else not to approve you sorry company and a waste of people time I would not recommend
Scheduled a tour with them for a rental through zillow and they ghosted me. Showed up at the scheduled time and no one was there, messaged them through zillow and no replies. Complete waste of my time
