this company is horrible. all they want is the money. i put in a maintenance requests for issues we're with the washing machine. the first time a technician came out he said that the tub in the washer is just sitting in there and he's surprised it can even spin. he said he'd let them know that he recommends replacement. here we are two months later, the washer doesn't spin at all. i made another maintenance request. they had whoever tell me we're causing the problem by overloading the washing machine.. i'm washing days worth... read more
This was a truly terrible experience. We submitted our application on a Wednesday. I called the day of to verify that our application was received. The woman in charge of applications, Marilou, stated she would look it over and send us what we were missing. I received an email that day stating what we were missing and I turned it in immediately.
