Do not rent with this company! Maintenance is terrible and so are the individuals whom work for the company!!I pay my rent early every month and have not given them any issues but every time I turn around they are charging me a bill for their maintenance.
Signup process was smooth and friendly--but wait until you have maintenance issues. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone when you need assistance. We're at two weeks, and still ongoing, of backed up sewage in the house. It's been 5 days since we've received any response from RENU.
Communication is very poor. The person I worked with went cold on me after I toured two spaces. I reached out numerous times via calls and texts. I was literally asking questions about applying and the application process. No matter what my outcome would be, communication would have been appreciated over being ignored.
I scheduled a showing for one of their properties 1 week in advance. I received a ton a confirmation emails and text prior to my appointment. At the time of my appointment the agent scheduled to show me the property called and said “he didn’t want to waste my time showing the property because he had received 2 viable applications for the property the night before.” Sir you have in fact wasted my time and gas and what you’re basically telling me is you don’t want any of my current or future business for any of your listings. ... read more
They are con artists they tried to make me believe that they own the property that I am renting and throwing out threats and to find out that they are only managing it.
