Be careful about this property manager. I paid Steven to manage my property but he did not reply to my messages, charged me for expensive extra expenses without my permission, missing rent payments, and did not keep old tenants accountable for damages and missing appliances. When I decided to use another property manager, he took so much money from me. I tried to get a company to help me get my money back but he disappeared. Be careful. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Steven managed 7 properties for us. All he did was take our money and not look after our best interests. He never took care of the tenants, usually didn’t even respond to emails, phone calls, etc. He made sure he took his money every month and sometimes more. Good thing I kept an eye on the bank account because I caught several mistakes totaling hundreds of dollars. He always had excuses.
