I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Steven managed 7 properties for us. All he did was take our money and not look after our best interests. He never took care of the tenants, usually didn’t even respond to emails, phone calls, etc. He made sure he took his money every month and sometimes more. Good thing I kept an eye on the bank account because I caught several mistakes totaling hundreds of dollars. He always had excuses.
