I went in planning to rent an apartment from Real Property Management Last Frontier, the representative I was dealing with was named ****. He drove in from the Valley in order to meet me at the place on the same day I was in touch with him. RPM in ***** *****. They do not protect you as a client. They do not honor their own leases. They allow dogs on a NO ANIMAL property. They put some of their clients in danger. They play favorites with renters. They do not act in a professional manner. I would look elsewhere if you want to be treated respectfully and find a peaceful rental.
Good luck with getting any of your deposit back, even if you clean as much as possible. They waited till the very last day possible to process the return and refused to speak with me about the deposit even though I reached out to them several times in the last month. When I called today, exactly 1 month from my move out date, they finally told me the deposit refund amount however again they refused to speak with me about why it was so low.
