Has anyone been able to get money’s due from jean? I switched about 5 months ago to another property manager and has been great. Still out a few months of rent from jean prior to switching?

Awful awful awful!!! Do not use this company. We cant even get our tax documents from her! We changed our property manager and it was great. Our new property manager even helped us sell our home. After our poor experience with RPM jackpot, we were done renting out our home. I'd give them negative stars if possible.

Awful/ run far and fast from this management company; calls will go unreturned, money will be mismanaged, and you will have have to chase them for your owners draw.

Exactly what everybody else is saying. Late rent payments, no rent payments at this time. Stonewalled by Jean McGannon. Like one person said run away from this business as fast as you can.

I am looking for an attorney to get money owed me by RPM Jackpot. Rent has been paid by the renter. RPM Jackpot has held it. I have been stonewalled about their lack of payments by the owner, Jean Mcgannon, for the past 6 months - no response to emails, texts, telephone calls - complete silence. They stopped given monthly statements three years ago.
