don't waste your time applying to any of their properties. i applied for an apartment well over a week ago. paid the 75$ application fee and have heard absolutely nothing back! i've left multiple voicemails and emails and no response! not only do i feel like ive been scammed but it's also extremely unprofessional
Called the emergency number when heat went out about 9PM in February in the middle of winter and no one ever came. Finally someone called in the morning but said no one could come until the next day. So we have to go 2 nights now with no heat with temperatures in the 20s. Absolutely terrible.
