I do not recommend this company to rent from! They seem great at first but then it goes downhill. They use cheap contractors to fix issues in the cheapest way possible and then when you leave, deduct from your deposit unfairly. I was charged an extermination fee and a cleaning fee despite having both cleaned and exterminated before leaving. I was also charged $70 (yes $70!) for leaving the fire alarms on the counter after replacing the batteries (because when I replaced the batteries they began to sound off and would not sto... read more
