We had mold and water damage in our rental for 2.5 years. The owner refused to fix it, even after she had it quoted several times this past summer. Told each contractor that their cost was ‘too expensive’ (we have her on video). RPM did not support multiple maintenance requests, we told them over and over by email and phone. All requests were ignored and deleted by RPM. RPM is refusing to give back our security deposit. Stated that they gave it to the owner. If I could give zero stars, I would.
