Never heard of them until I experienced a cyber crime perpetrated out of one of their units. It looks like the unit is being used as a mail drop for a banking fraud resultant from hacking. A complaint has been submitted to the postal inspector. Someone needs to clean up their act.
Thought my best friend had his car stolen from here. Turns out HOA had it towed out of the way for street cleaning without even notifying us about it. Terrible HOA
Lots of drug addicts in this area. It looks like a quiet place to live with your family but it is the opposite of that. HOA didn't take care of what they got paid for. The landscaping was bad, the area ran down and pool often closed.
