Worked with Real Property Management Gateway from 2022-2025. Do not work with this company unless you want unruly tenants without proper due diligence conducted. They are a disservice to any landlord and ask you to sue them to get anything done. This company has two business pages beware of these terrible property managers on both pages.
A good property management team is key to the success of any real estate investment, especially for a small investor. Unfortunately, I found this team's professionalism and commitment to those paying their fees lacking, which resulted in both direct and indirect losses and legal exposure. My advice is to always vet prospective tenants yourself rather than relying solely on the property manager. I rented my apartment via Real Property Management for 3.5 years and have nothing but good things to say. The move in process was great, they made sure the apartment was in good shape prior to me moving in. Rent was always fair. They were always quick to communicate with and arrange to have anything fixed when any issues came up with the apartment (plumbing etc). Overall very professional, efficiently, and friendly.
