You can tell the owner really cares about his work and providing high quality service. He is very responsive, always professional, and good at finding solutions. Responses come within hours, not days. Whether it’s a quick question via email or a maintenance request, they’re on it. No automated runarounds. I highly recommend this property manager
RPM Fidelis does a really good job managing my properties. They are prompt responding to tenants when issues arise. Any work which needs to be done is handled quickly. Tenants have positive experiences when interacting with RPM Fidelis employees. I will use them for any additional rental properties I purchase in the future.
