They've been great. This is so much better than my brother and I doing it on our own. They vetted the applicants, collected funds and deposited the net into my account. The monthly statement details list everything. No more stress! Oh and they were able to rent it for more than we did, so the net is more than what we grossed.
RPM Elevate is by far the best company I've ever dealt with in property management. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, and the lightening speed of answering any of my questions was impressive as well.
