If I could leave negative review, I would. Let's start with the move in. We were told the house we rented through them would be professionally cleaned before we moved in but it was not. The walls were filthy, the carpets spotted and not clean, the house had a foul smell, windows were not clean and much more. We spent days cleaning it and bought an air ionizer to help with the smell. I looked up the work that was done before you moved in and it was professional cleaned, the living carpet was actually brand new and the rest of the carpet was professional cleaned. Very poor communication. Maintenance requests disregarded. Charged over $100 to clean a window. Charged for installation of furnishings. **** does not respond, not to voicemails, not to emails, nothing. Having to take the situation to small claims court. I do not recommend this property management company.
Took nearly 4 weeks to process our applications for a house rental. Multiple attempts to contact business to determine status of applications turned up no results and being redirected to voice mail boxes. Combined group income and credit was more than sufficient for approval. Turned down because one member of party was unemployed. How do they approve couples with one person working? A couple of things they should have shared with you: 1) the application fee is paid to a third party to provide your credit score, 2) we count the first two incomes to apply towards the income requirement and each applicant after that has to qualify on their own, 3) we were trying to get an exception on your application from the owner and 4) we try to confirm with a tentative decision within 5 days but yours was close to... read more
