I recently had roof damage at one of my rentals and Mary took the time to seek out 2 additional contractor estimates at my request after the first estimate came back extremely high. I told him I read my lease and NO WHERE does it state he is to be taking pictures. I asked him to stop. He told me to call the office if I had a problem. I called the police.
