RecommendedI recently had roof damage at one of my rentals and Mary took the time to seek out 2 additional contractor estimates at my request after the first estimate came back extremely high. After reviewing all three estimates, I realized that if I were forced to go with the first estimate, I would've paid twice as much for the work to get done.
