Recently switched to Real Property Management Cornerstone and honestly it’s like a breath of fresh air! Jenn, the property manager made sure to do a thorough walk through of all the units right away and found several things that needed addressing in multiple units. She got on it immediately! Jenn was awesome! She was professional, courteous, respectful of our time and property. She was able to get our property leased in a very short period of time versus expectations. She went above and beyond to meet with potential renters and to prepare the property. We would recommend her to anyone with property management needs. We give her an A++++.
RPM Cornerstone has been a blessing. We were with a different property management company in the Kalamazoo area and RPM is night and day better. Communication is better, tenants are happier, outgoing maintenance fees are less. Been impressed so far!
