This company is borderline criminal. Do not rent from them under any circumstance. I have rented from them for 2 years and it's been the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. They don't' answer their phone, they don't do maintenance requests in a timely manner, when they do fix something, it's done through terrible subcontractors who do crappy work, they don't follow through on what they say, and they have the worst customer service in the industry. Worst experience ever as a landlord. They tried to charge us 3k for 45 min of work. Ended up charging us 2k. They did repair work without contacting us first which was in the contract. Our renter couldn’t stand them either. Stay far away from these scammers
Real Property Management has been managing our rental townhouse for a year now. Their professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding!! Our direct support manager (Nicole Benton) has been a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to our requests for information or feedback, As well, she has been very thorough managing all aspects of the required business. We highly recommend her.
