We left our property ( in CDA ) in of hands of Yvonne and Jason Schmitt. We left USA in April 2018 for a long trip around the Europe. They are hands-down the best property management in the area, no question about that. They found wonderful tenants and taking care of absolutely everything. It is exactly what they promise !!!! In a way they are making out trip worry less. We highly recommend them because they are simply OUTSTANDING!!!😀👍. Krystyna and Walter

They are awesome!! When I moved here 1 1/2 years ago, I was hearing about the rental management companies to stay away from. Never heard a bad thing about these guys. They came through for us in such a crazy rental market. Jason has been so awesome & so professional. I would highly recommend this management company!! Don’t waste your money on going to any other rental company!!!!
Great management Wonderful communication
This is hands-down the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They bend over backwards to make sure you were taken care of. If there is an issue they are on top of it before you know it. Probably the nicest people I’ve ever met as well. I would recommend this rental agency to everyone. Five star for sure!
