I rented with RPM Executives for 3 years and only left because I needed a shorter commute to work. Their app made it really easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. They were also really responsive to maintenance requests. One time, on a Friday night at 8pm, we noticed water seeping up from the kitchen floor. We immediately called our maintenance contact, and he came out within the hour. He stopped the leak (it was the garbage disposal) and came back the next day to install a new one.
