I'm renting a downtown Chicago unit managed by RPM. I went through Shan to get the place and he was great. They have a very efficient system. Everything I need is online, even paying rent. It's so convenient to not have to write a check and rely on the Chicago mail system.

Great Company! – I hired Real Property Management a few months back and I am very pleased! I had a difficult tenant in my condo when I hired them and they just took over and dealt with the entire eviction process. They even took charge of turning my unit over to get it ready for a new tenant, which they found quickly! If your looking for a professional and reliable company, then hire Real Property Management!
Getting the job done! – Real Property Management is a good management company. They handle all of my questions and concerns. The best part is they take care of the entire eviction process, should the need arise. Superior Service! – These guys are amazing! They manage several of my plexes for me, and I have been nothing but surprised at the amount of, and quality of, work that they do for me. RPM keeps exceeding my expectations! – I have been with RPM for two years now after firing my first management company. Ever since I hired them to manage my 6 unit building they have done a fantastic job! BEWARE!!!! I had a property in Chicago, single family resident with an in law apt. Initially, they were great to work with. I live out of state, they took care of getting the building cleaned up and repairs were mostly done quickly. My long standing tenant, who was already challenging, was made to wait several weeks before they got her refrigerator fixed. Needless to say, I lost that tenant between Christmas and New Years.
