This firm started off great but has grown too large to properly manage your rentals. I had to withdraw 4 homes they were managing due to poor management. Terrible vacancies and expensive repairs. It took them months to get my homes rented. Tens of thousands of dollars in lost rents and they do not give one cent of concern about it. In fact, they got upset that I was bringing this up with them. Unbelievable attitude that cannot accept valid concerns.
