David was courteous, professional, and arrived on time
House was not clean when we moved in. It had an odour in the house and there was dust on the floor. Moreover, cabinets in the kitchen and floor was oily. Before unloading our stuff and furniture, we had to clean the house. There were spiderwebs and cobwebs on the deck and in the garage. We had to spray pesticides and chemicals to get rid of them. And we did all this on the day of our move in.
Great company to work with. They made the entire process of signing the lease super easy. The setup process was simple and they walked us through every step. Very responsive and helpful, couldn’t recommend enough!
