I haven't had any problems and only hear from RPM when there is a legitimate problem and usually it is taken care of quickly.
I normally don’t write long reviews; however, I feel that potential property owners need to know the facts. We are out of state property owners who entrusted RPM to take care of our home. This was not the case and it is now costing us financially from tenants not paying the rent to our home needing repair. We told RPM at the beginning that we didn’t want pets in our home. I have worked with Real Property Management since April 2011. Since having the company manage my property, they have provided myself and my tenant with excellent service.
