Tommy is an extremely arrogant individual that makes the entire endeavor a nightmare. He is extremely unresponsive and acts as it is an imposition to speak when you can contact him. His office is never open during posted business hours, and you can never reach anyone there. He is a crock in many ways. How is it two identical units are listed for different prices? Any issues that come up are quickly corrected and they are more than willing to work with people anytime an issue occurs.
