I love renting from Real Property Management. They address any issues right away and have been exceptional to work with anytime.
Our experience with Real Property Management Cairn and its owner, Tommy Cook, was nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel it is our moral obligation to warn others about the predatory practices of this company. We traveled across the country with everything arranged in advance of our move. Unfortunately my experience with Real Property Management Cairn was not one of the best. I have communicated professionally and respectfully with Tommy. I did not receive the same in return. My experience has been horrible. Tommy constantly refers to me is ma’am. It’s not professional to constantly refer to someone is ma’am. After I address the issue I did not hear back from Tommy.
