These folks are high level integrity and they know what they're doing. I cannot imagine being as organized or as knowledgeable as they are on the ins and outs of residential renting. - Their portal is easy to use and understand, also helps in tax season - they are proactive in scheduling maintenance, inspections, renewals etc - I have had one notable tenant disagreement (inevitable I have realized) and they knew in advance how to handle it in ways that were mutually satisfactory before I even had time to think about it. I've been renting from this company for almost 4 years at this point and at anytime there has been an issue, it has been handled promptly with a quick response time on their part. There is also always open communication with the property manager himself if need be and there has never been anything besides courtesy and professionalism.
I highly recommend Tommy for property management to any homeowners in the Lynchburg area. Since we started working with him and his team in 2023, they have been communicative, genuine, and incredibly helpful. I truly feel they are available whenever I have a question or request, and I trust them to ensure our tenants are treated well.
