Tommy is an extremely arrogant individual that makes the entire endeavor a nightmare. He is extremely unresponsive and acts as it is an imposition to speak when you can contact him. His office is never open during posted business hours, and you can never reach anyone there. He is a crock in many ways. How is it two identical units are listed for different prices? Why is it requirement to use an online portal then be charged to do so? What is the use of having his team employed if the system is the only thing doing any work? ... read more
