I have a rental property in Boston, but actually live in MI. When choosing a management firm, a looked a several different ones in Boston and liked Real Property Management the best. They were very thorough in their explanation of services, and seemed the most professional. I look forward to a lasting relationship with them.
I would rate my experience with Real Property Management 5 Stars. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely friendly and professional. RPM got things back on track for my property. We have an excellent agent who is excellent with following up, always helps with my issues and she is a pleasure to work with.
I do highly recommend renting from Real Property Management Boston because my place has been great so far. I have not needed a single thing fixed, nor have I needed to call maintenance. Thankful to be renting from this place.
Honest and Thorough – I am a condo owner in Boston and while I currently live in my condo I do plan to move to the suburbs in the next few years and keep my condo as an investment. Even though I am not going to be an immediate customer of Caleb's he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain to me in detail exactly what his company would be able to take care of for me (which is EVERYTHING!) I will have no reservations calling Caleb when i am ready to rent out my condo someday.
