I am an owner that hired RPM to manage my property. We tried to stick with them over time despite suffering $10k in damages from a tenant that they said they would pursue. We can’t take it anymore. They never visit the property. They don’t know what’s going on. Their customer service is terrible. They are completely useless. Save your money. Do it yourself or try another company.
