It’s nice some people had positive experiences but my family and I had a horrible experience with this company. If possible find someone else to go through when buying or renting. The staff was always rude or did not respond at all. The second we got the keys, our stove didn’t work so we sent in a work order and they immediately blamed us when we literally had not even moved in yet. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable in the field. My mind was at ease after speaking with Marina. The information she provided clarified up so many questions we had. Im a new renter and so far I've had a good experience. Everytime I call office I speak to Marina she is kind and patient with all my questions or concerns. You don't see that often in rental offices.
Alice the on site manager was very informative and very helpful on finding programs that help pay my aunts rent, she is so patient always has a smile! Happy to work with her!
