The Bakersfield staff have been easy to talk to very informative, especially Marina who answered all my questions swiftly and clearly sending links to help manage my issue.
I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often unprofessional. Maintenance requests were either ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, even when they involved urgent issues. Additionally, there was a clear lack of transparency when it came to fees and policies. Charges would appear without proper explanation, and getting clarification was frustrating and time-consuming.
