We had to get into our rental sight unseen in person, but they made every effort to provide as thorough as possible effort to let us see everything prior to entering into our lease. Upon move in we were provided a very detailed inspection of the house and was very welcoming to verification and additional findings over a few days to get acclimated and utilize the home. Working with Robert and his team has been wonderful. They are responsive and very easy to work with. The team at RPM kept me informed through the entire property listing process and for my property rented in record time.
Great experience, worked with the owner directly to help me rent out my place, it was my first time and Robert was great at walking me through everything and just doing good business. I’m happy to trust them for my property, they found renters within a week of having my place listed. Would give ten stars if I could. The rest of the staff you deal with on a day to day (if you need it) is always great and very professional.
I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company since the day I came to look at my current home! We've been here almost a year and absolutely love it! This team is very responsive, helpful and super nice!!!!!!! We had a little bit of an AC accident and (they even brought over a humidifier for us to use) they were so kind about it and we're nothing but helpful! Thank you guys :)
