RPM was great to work with. We are new tenants and have only been in our new rental for a few weeks, but Nicole and Caitlin worked very quickly to help us get into this home. We had a move date set to live at another property (not associated with RPM) and after finding out less than 24 hours that our rental would not be available, we were in a rough spot. Would recommend this company thanks to the hard work of Nicole and her true compassion to assist her tenants.
I have been a tenant with RPM for nearly 3 years and they have been an excellent property management company to deal with. Particularly, Nicole M. who has gone above and beyond helping my family and I out with various maintenance issues and concerns. Nicole consistently deals with difficult technicians and ensures any problems we have are taken care of. I would highly recommend this company solely based on my interactions with Nicole, who always gets results for her tenants!!
As a first time renter, I had my hopes in check and my guard up. Nicole and RPM immediately eased my concerns through their responsive, considerate, and transparent communications.
