I’ve never experienced property management this unresponsive or careless. Since I moved in, communication has been almost nonexistent — I’ve tried multiple times to reach management, but no one ever follows up or takes responsibility. The gate to the property has been broken since I moved here, and despite repeated maintenance requests, it’s never been fixed. Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. I rented a house managed by this company and reported multiple issues within the first 7 days of moving in. Instead of fixing them as required by Texas law, they denied responsibility and told me I had to pay for repairs myself. The A/C has been out for over a week. They sent someone to just refill the gas, but because the leak was major, it ran out again within 2 days. RPM has made the process of renting my apartment so easy. With my difficult schedule I was able to communicate and get everything done electronically. Saved me time and it was smooth. I appreciate the attentiveness , the professionalism, on overall the care and effort they provided as well. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the leasing market.
My son had a good experience living at Sul Ross apartments for 2 years. The apartments are in a quiet setting surrounded by homes with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The units provide the basic needs for a person to live comfortably in the space provided. John and Keyonce were supportive and respectful during the unexpected move out process.That was very much appreciated.
