I’ve had the pleasure of meeting John McGuire regarding home services that Real Property Management Affiliates offer. John was very cordial, thorough, and made the whole process seamless. Prices for services were more affordable than their competition, Green Residential. I highly recommend John and Real Property Management Affiliates. 6 star service all the way!
Keyonce is very pleasant and informative to work with. A lot of these properties are nice and they are great for people who need additional assistance as far as move. I recommend.
You come to view a property and cannot even turn the electricity on so people can actually make a decision on weather or not they’d like to live there. Opened the backyard door to find a jungle. House smells like dog urine, carpets need replacing. Holes and a bad repair on all the walls. The only good thing was the layout of the house, everything else was unkept and you guys didn’t even try to resolve it, for 2000$ a month it should be in good condition.
Maricela has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues.
