My apartment is a small one bedroom place its very cozy and just right for me. Theres alot of issues but i have no problem fixing then. Its very peaceful place I don't interfere with the neighbors and they don't interfere with me. Im getting ready to retire and my next I probably be looking for a new cheaper place to meet my means but other then that the staff are very wonderful and understanding people. Thank you! This is my 2nd year renting from this company and I must say Ms. Keyonce Dunbar is amazing. She was very patient with me when I first applied and whenever I reach out she always responds in a timely manner.
We just moved into one of rental properties and there are so many problems with the house already and it seems no one wants to get back us. Our ac has stopped blowing air completely and it’s being handled so casually with our property manager not answering emails, phone calls, and texts.
