As a renter, I would not recommend signing a lease with RPM. On move in day they didn’t even provide us a front door key, garage door fob, or mail keys for our rental when we tried to move in - it was as if they forgot their entire job… We ended up having to deal with usps and buy a door fob ourselves on our own time! See my review on their Denver location. They start lying even from the bringing. There is no Westminster location. They just rent a room here when needed for locations.
