After achieving initial contact with an agent, our experience has been a positive one. This is the first time we have rented through a leasing agency and the logistics of RPM have made it an easy process.
I've been a client for over 3 years and I am very satisfied with the level of customer service, technology and value provided thus far.
I relocated to the Cincinnati area for a job and needed to find housing in a short time frame that met my needs. Leasing agent Bonnie Louis showed me properties that met my criteria and then worked with me to negotiate the terms of the lease once I selected a property. I was then able to review and sign all of the required documents online and pick up the keys at the property. Moving is stressful but RPM made it a little easier!!!
The staff by the names of Grace, Jenny, Laura, and Clint were EXCELLENT in the way they handled my business needs.

Having worked with other property managers I can easily say RPM is the best property management company around Cincinnati. While I am not sure any property manager will ever meet the expectations of its owners, RPM comes pretty close. The prices are fair, services is better than anyone else, and most importantly, you can trust them. I would highly recommend RPM.
