Rob Jones from RPS (Real Property Associates) fixed a big hole in my bathroom ceiling. He did a great job. After he fixed the hole, he painted the ceiling and the ceiling looks perfect, now. Tony Morales is the worst property manager I’ve ever had the misfortune of renting from. He is condescending, unprofessional and straight up ignores every communication and maintenance request. In two years renting from him I can say I’ve never been so let down by a landlord in my life.
