Horrible. $130 a month and my neighborhood looks like a ghetto. They don’t enforce any of the rules, just collect the fees. Total Greed. Houses in total disrepair, missing tons of shingles, trash cans wherever people want to put them, yards and driveways full of weeds, overgrown and my neighbors pine tree has been dead for 3 years and they do nothing about it despite repeated requests. Absolutely terrible management company, run don't walk. These people have not had the pool cleaned since before April. They don't even use licensed contractors and the pool has been shut down by the Health Department. So ALL Of April, May, and June never once bothered to have the pool or the spa cleaned. Never respond to emails, regarding why the pool was shut down. Had some unlicensed electrical guys come wire up lights that are not even the right kind of lighting all over the entire building.
