We had a great experience with them. Our unit was well upgraded and well maintained. Property management is a 2-way street, be a good tenant and communicate with them honestly and you’ll get the same in return from Vikki and her team.
We have been so happy with Real Properties Group. We moved in to our rental shortly after they switched to management by this company, and Vikki and others went above and beyond to make sure the place was in great condition and up to their high standards. Since moving in, they have been quick to help with any maintenance requests or other issues. Overall they’ve just been wonderful. Thank you so much!!
Best property management company! They have been my landlord for years now, and Vikki is WONDERFUL! Any issues I might have are always handled so quickly. They also have some of the best people working with them, like their plumber Mike (Lacey plumbing) and Mark who is their maintenance man. I will continue to rent only from this property group now.
