Buying my first car, I was nervous and on a very limited budget. East Coast Motors did EVERYTHING in their capability to get me the car of my choice. They worked with my budget, they were patient with my endless questions, and they made me a priority, getting me my car within days of me first walking through the door. Great salesman, easy financing for the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up they hadn’t even washed it, they just slapped plates on to go. Halfway home I crank the AC and get a terrible smell, decided to pull cabin air filter when I got home and there was 3 dead mice inside. Plus a huge nest they had made. Ended up cleaning it out myself, changed the outside air filter also. Happy with sales process but as far as detailing or maintenance they really need to work on, especially selling a 27k truck..
