A lot of angry reviews here, but my experience with RMC is actually very positive so far. The building I live in is well maintained, and clean, and the two maintenance requests I’ve put in in my 1,5 years here were both taken care of promptly and effectively. Probably one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a landlord / management company so far in the many years I’ve been renting.
I lived in an apartment that RMC manages from 2023 to 2025 and I've only had positive experiences with them. Whenever I make any maintenance request everything got fixed within a day or two. The people were always so nice and respectful too. I don't know why there are many bad reviews here but my experience with them was always great
If I could rate zero stars, I would. Terrible company. If your building is managed by them, steer clear. They fail to address issues and overcharge for subpar service, likely to cut costs. The lack of proper equipment in the apartments is unacceptable. Easily the worst management company I've ever encountered.
